More proof that religious pro-lifers are idiots (as if you needed any).  Backstory:  the article they’re commenting on is blatant, over-the-top satire, from one of the most obviously satirical sites on the entire internet.  Geez Louise.

Edit:  here’s the original, since Tumblr shrunk this image so much that it’s hard to read.

Apparently, a bunch of Christians posted Jesus-y facebook statuses on Sunday, including, “He is risen.”  I didn’t see any of that commotion (not enough Jesus-y friends, I guess), but I’ve read about it elsewhere.  Here’s my (atheist) friend Chris’s tongue-in-cheek response.

Even though Easter was yesterday and this is a little late, I couldn’t resist posting this amusing Easter story about Jeshua Cottontail, the savior of the animal kingdom.

Just watch this awesome video.  I feel like any description of it would just take away from it.  It’s one of the best send-ups of religion I think I’ve ever seen online, no lie.

I first thought he was his son, but then he turns out to be him… but still his son… It kinda seems like the author just stole that idea from “Fight Club” but butchered it.

Awesome tumblr … gonna follow immediately.

I have a favorite pair of headphones that have been lost for quite some time…. After not praying about it and looking everywhere I could think of, I finally came to a drawer in my TV stand. I thought to myself that would be the last place they’d be, but I might as well look anyway. Well lo and behold, that’s where they were! I now have been reunited with my headphones and I couldn’t be happier.

This experience just proved to me the power of non-prayer. The fact that I found my headphones by not praying is proof positive to me that there is no God.
