Apparently, a bunch of Christians posted Jesus-y facebook statuses on Sunday, including, “He is risen.” I didn’t see any of that commotion (not enough Jesus-y friends, I guess), but I’ve read about it elsewhere. Here’s my (atheist) friend Chris’s tongue-in-cheek response.

I’ve seen this facebook status floating around the internet over the past couple weeks, so when I finally saw it pop up in my news feed (by my own sister, no less!), I was ready for it. I tried not to come across as confrontational or condescending, but I’ll see how (or if) she responds.
I can’t stand these kinds of Christian stories that “prove” God, angels, etc. Excellent retort by Jesse.
